When you fill out the catering or cake enquiry form, I collect your name, email, phone number, event details, and any dietary requirements or allergies you share with me. This information is used only to plan and quote your event, nothing else.

How it's used

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and plan your event. Dietary and allergy information is used specifically for food safety, so I can prepare your order correctly and avoid cross-contamination where possible. I don't use your information for anything beyond what's needed to deliver your booking.

Sharing

I don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your details stay with me.

Payment

Ndalicious doesn't process payments through this website. Invoices are issued directly and paid via bank transfer, payment details are provided on your invoice, not collected through the site.

Retention

I keep enquiry and booking information only as long as needed for your event and any related record-keeping obligations.
